We are a supplier of quality art and craft supplies. We have been a wholesale supplier
for over 30 years. Many of our current customers are using our merchandise to create
items that you see for sale at your local craft shows. Due to increased demand
from consumers and a decrease in privately owned (non-chain) craft stores, we have decided
to offer our products to retail customers. We feel at this time that we would NOT be in
competition with our wholesale customers. If you own an arts or crafts business, please visit

Credit Information
J & R Industries, Inc. (d.b.a. Craft Supplies Online) is committed to preserving your privacy and safeguarding your credit card

All credit card information is collected on pages secured with industry standard encryption algorithms (SSL).
Any credit card information stored electronically on our servers is encrypted with public key infrastructure (PKI) technology,
and only stored temporarily until the order has been processed. PKI encryption technology ensures that only specific
computers (behind our firewall) with the required private key certificate can decrypt the information. This provides
a secure solution to the safety of your credit card information.
We can receive your online orders 24 hours a day / 7 days a week, and process them
within several hours during normal business days. If you still do not feel comfortable ordering online, you are welcome

Kids' Privacy
Although most of our customers and crafting visitors should be over the age of 18,
Craft Supplies Online takes every measure to ensure that children's privacy is protected.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13, and request that
people under the age of 18 have their parent's permission to order from our site.
We monitor all the messages and other information that is posted on our webpages and make every
effort to ensure that the identity of children under the age of 18 is protected.
Craft Supplies Online is in compliance with the 1998 Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
Spam Email Policies
Craft Supplies Online does not tolerate spamming of our customers or of ourselves. When we
receive spam mail, we make every effort to find out where the spam originated and contact the website
or internet service provider directly. If you suspect you have received a spam email
originating from our website, please contact us.
Craft Supplies Online only emails a newsletter (very sporatically) and approved Events notices
to our customers, and we will delete your name from our mailing lists at your request. We do
not provide, or sell, mailing lists to any third party.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Prices: All prices shown on this website are net and subject to change without notice.
Orders will be shipped at prices prevailing at time of shipment, unless we are informed otherwise.
We will attempt to contact you if there is a major change in price that will substantially impact
your order.
 
Terms:
We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and PayPal for electronic payments. We also accept cash for pickup orders only.
NO Minimum Order:
There is no minimum orders amount. However, please keep shipping charges in mind when placing your order.
Claims or Shortages:
Report all shortages within 15 days. Damage should be reported to the delivering carrier.
Save all cartons until claims have been settled or carrier has picked them up.
Returns:
DO NOT return merchandise without permission. All returns subject to a 20% restocking charge,
except defective items or where we have made an error in shipping.
NO CREDIT OR RETURNS ALLOWED AFTER 15 DAYS
Shipping/Freight Charges:
For orders shipped within the continental US, we charge a set fee based on the order amount.

for U.P.S Air, Federal Express, Airborne, USPS Priority Mail, or any other priority mail service.
We charge actual shipping charges for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and all international shipments.
All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Special Orders:
We will be glad to order items we do not stock when possible. Special order items
CAN NOT BE CANCELLED once the supplier has processed them. We will NOT ACCEPT returns of special
order items unless damaged or defective. Special order items must be paid in advance.
